Can you ship to my country?
Good question! Generally we will do everything we can to make sure your favorite doll gets to you. However, you need to be aware that in some countries it is illegal to buy dolls. We have put together a list of these countries for your reference. In these countries you may face trouble: Afghanistan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somali, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, UAE, Uzbekistan, Yemen.
Other than these countries, we should be able to deliver to any country on earth.
Do I have to pay anything else? Like postage or some kind of taxes?
Postage, taxes, etc. vary from country to country and are not listed in detail here. You can ask our customer service for more information. We will also confirm these costs with you when you place your order.
Can I customize my doll?
We offer many doll features that can satisfy your need. You can ask our customer service if you need some features. We believe the features we provide will satisfy your need.
However, we are also well-prepared if you would like to order something special. Just contact us, and we will do our best to make your dream come true.
What are your dolls made of?
Our dolls are made from medical-grade slash resistant TPE from Japan. You can expect less oil, less odor, and much more durability than our competitors. The dolls we sell are not only non-toxic, but also very friendly to the environment.
How long will I receive my order?
It depends. First of all, we will check the availability of stock in overseas warehouse. If there is no stock in the overseas warehouse, we ship from our production department in China. The longest case is when you purchase a product that needs to be manufactured and then shipped from China. For TPE materials, production takes 7 to 10 business days and shipping from China typically takes 10 days. In this case, you will need to wait about 20 days.

Can I cancel my order?
We are very sorry, in view of the special nature of our products, we do not support refunds at this time. Please think carefully when you place your order and choose the doll that best suits you. Thank you.
Is the pricing shown for an item the final selling price of the item?
No, it is not. The price you see is the price at which our products are sold with Default Setting. All of our items have different Default Setting and you can ask our customer service for more information. If you require your purchase to be exactly as pictured, you may need to pay additional fees for wigs, eyeballs, and costumes. If you need to add some additional features, there will also be an increase in price. Also, postage is not included in the price. If you need to purchase a doll, please ask our customer service to modify the price of the item for your purchase. Thank you.
